Double Bay Beach is a man made sandy area in the Kawana canals in front of 2 local dining options, located just off the Nicklin and Kawana Ways it provides a central location.

POINT CARTWRIGHT

Point Cartwright offers stunning views at the northern end of Kawana beach.
High cliffs in the coastal headland reserve provide spectacular views of Mooloolaba, and the Mooloolah River mouth, Mount Coolum to the north and Kawana Beach to the south Point Cartwright is to the north of Caloundra and overlooks the bay to Mooloolaba main beach.

With a choice of outlooks from the parklands down to the sand. Be aware it is quite a walk and parking can sometimes be an issue here as it is very popular.

Point Cartwright offers some of the most stunning views you could ask for.at the very northern end of Kawana beach.

The grassy slopes provide numerous excellent locations for ceremony set ups with toilet facilities available at the Pacific Boulevard entrance to the reserve. There are some areas set back that also offer some protection from the coastal winds. Be aware that it is quite a walk which could be a challenge for elderly guests.
